A Fancy Honey Do List

This is a project I've had in mind for ages and finally got around to doing! I was inspired by fellow CTMH consultant Vicki Wizniuk about a year ago with her notepad holders. (Click on Vicki's name to go to her site--she is a fabulous paper crafter and constant inspiration for me!) While shopping in Staples last week, I
saw packs of legal size paper pads on sale and was reminded of this project. So I had them sliced in half while I was there and went home with yet another project to do! (so many projects; so little time!)

Good Times

My sister and nieces came to visit us last week. We took them up to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park on Saturday and had the best time. We took the Aerial Tramway to the top of Prospect Mountain for some wonderful views and to feed the chipmunks. The kids could have stayed here all day!

We then took them to Rocky Mountain National Park, to go boulder climbing at the Alluvial Fan.
It was just a perfect day in every way!

Alluvial Fan

Our favorite place to hang out up at Rocky Mountain National Park is the Alluvial Fan. Marek loves to climb the boulders. He finds the trickiest route to go--and makes me very nervous! I was a brave mom this trip and followed him up! He said because I was with him--he took an easier route! Hmm--

Using up Scraps

I made these cute little cards with left over scraps from the Veranda packet that was used for my Paper Bag Album. Level 2 paper packs go a long way--sometimes I think those little scraps multiply overnight! I had used some of the Veranda pack for cards or something-so it wasn't a new pack when I started the paper bag album. I then made these cards--and I still have a more to use! Gotta love it! The stamp set that was used is called Thank You (D1361).
